Projects

Most of these I built for myself first, and only put on GitHub once they felt ready to share.

muse

macOS app2026Active

A summon-anywhere command palette for NetEase Cloud Music. ⌥Space, change what's playing, gone again.

It lives in the menu bar with no dock icon, and the whole interface is one palette: idle, it's a now-playing card washed in the album's colour; start typing and it becomes search, type / for commands. Library, listening modes and playback all live in that one surface.

echo

macOS app2026Stable

Floating desktop lyrics — the visual half of muse. It reads playback, never controls it.

Playback stays with muse; echo only handles how music looks on screen: sixteen themes, from typewriter and ink wash to bullet comments and wind chimes, each choosing its own window frame and layout and moving with the beat. An optional LLM "director" picks the one word in each line worth enlarging.

Agent Protocol

Runtime2026Prototype

A local-first runtime for persistent multi-agent worlds, where agents share one world, coordinate in channels, and decide for themselves whether to speak.

Most agent systems are one agent, one task, one tool loop. This bets on a different shape: no central prompt assembler — agents inspect the world and choose what to do; outside agents can join as peers; and the same world can unfold differently on every restart.

FinnsInk

Website2026Active

The site you're reading. Its content is plain files in a repository, written for people and readable by agents.

MuseV2

macOS app2026Active

A fork of muse that grew a Claude-style interface.

The input became a composer card and / opens a command menu with submenus; describe what you want to hear in a sentence and it builds a queue; your listening history is retold as stories of eras and anniversaries; while a song plays, the ✻ in the menu bar turns with the beat. It runs alongside muse.

echoV2

macOS app2026Active

A general-purpose display for the desktop: muse and agents send it content, and echoV2 decides when, where and how it appears.

Lyrics are just one content pack. Its eight themes include wind chimes and an Evangelion-style title card, a full newspaper front page, a foldable phone standing on the desk, a mochi pet living along the bottom of the screen, and fireflies that swarm into words. It runs several windows at once, and agents can address a window by name or put cards on stage together.
